As the banner says, there is no Outsider type, perhaps just a wording change to have it affect celestial's instead of fiends/undead?
Also, does this spell consume the 25 gp worth of silver, or can you perpetually creature 50 gp vials of unholy water for a 1 time investment of 25 gp?--Kahz (talk) 06:27, 8 October 2016 (MDT)
