Issue: "This character can petrify any creature, indefinitely, with a single roll of the die. Not even 20th level wizards can do that. It also doesn't fit the theme of coldness."

- Answer: The "petrify" state is intended to represent the "freezing" of a creature, i think. And it lasts "until the end of the next turn". Anastacio (talk)
