At 5th level this domain gives two 4th level spells when the cleric doesn't have access to them. same with 7th giving two 6th level spells when the Cleric can only cast 4th, 9th giving 8th level spells when they can only cast 5th.. effectively after 3rd level the cleric isn't getting domain spells, or getting them at a very long delay.

5th level should be granting 3rd level, 7th should be granting 4th, and 9th granting 5th.

I would suggest maybe 5th giving Sleet Storm and Elemental Weapon, 7th giving Fire Shield and Ice Storm, and 9th giving Malestrom and conjure elemental.

Admittedly not the most thematic, but could be flavored? Not sure.

I find it extremely weird that the 6th level ability has no payoff until 8th level.

Its more of a tradeoff that focuses on flavor and it gets very strong later on. But feel free to make changes as you see fit. I stopped playing D&D anyways :o) Malevoiy (talk) 19:29, 20 February 2019 (MST)
