This spell is based on the move "Icy Wind" from the pokemon games and made for my Eevee race. TeslaFistforge (talk) 13:17, 25 February 2021 (MST)
This spell has the exact same effect as Ray of Frost, an SRD spell, except Ray of Frost does not force the target to make a saving throw, effectively making this a worse version of it. Consider using Ray of Frost instead of Chilling Wind. - UnderKoopa757 (talk) 18:07, 27 May 2021 (MDT)
