So far as rules go Detect Thoughts might seem somewhat overpowered to use at will but considering the usefulness of Detect Magic and the fact that every spellcasting class gets Detect Thoughts as a spell 1 level later this seems like a fair trade to me. When roleplaying is considered it makes sense to me that Changelings can have access to the ability. --Ruike 06:26, 2 August 2009 (MDT)

Mutable Anatomy is the Level 8 Changeling Rogue substitution, in place of improved uncanny dodge. Although they get 50% at level 8 and don't increase instead of starting at 25% and having to build up to their full, albeit larger, value. By the time players get to level 18 they could quite likely have full fortification anyway. --Ruike 06:26, 2 August 2009 (MDT)
