Talk:Broken Sword (5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
That's a nice rewrite, thanks OwenLeaf. Maybe someone would keep a broken sword if it had a nice hilt, or had sentimental value. The break could happen on a natural attack roll of 1 or 2. That would avoid rolling a percentile everytime it's attacked with. Marasmusine (talk) 13:15, 10 November 2014 (MST)
- I added those things as options for the DM. I wonder who originally wrote this page... --OwenLeaf (talk) 14:20, 10 November 2014 (MST)
Do we really need a 'known broken swords' section? It's not a magical weapon... All I could think of needing is maybe a story or two about heroes defeating evil with broken swords or something like that. --OwenLeaf (talk) 04:36, 10 January 2015 (MST)
That is what i am thinking of, for example the Vampire bane was belonged to Vampire who fought a lord then the sword broke by the lord then the vampire kill him the he get killed by his broken sword. that is the idea, those swords must have a story or else the are just a normal broken sword.
