Non-OGL Material[edit]
I'm not much of a lawyer... Ok, so I'm not a lawyer or even a paralegal. However, I'm afraid some of this material is proprietary to WOTC even with the changes that the Book of Ki creator included. I think you could argue that some of it is legal due to Fair Use. I do think there would be some issue with taking races and classes from Oriental Adventures, tweaking the stats or whatever a bit, and then throw them in a document that an individual declares all Open Gaming Content. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Xenophon (talk • contribs) 13:23, 28 November 2006 (MST). - Unfortunately it seems the best course of action would be redoing things from the bottom up or ditch this altogether and start a new, similar aim, project. WotC/Hasbro lawyers must not do too much enforcement as this was originally from the WotC forums. Worst comes to worse the lawyers send you a cease and desist letter and you take it down without further entanglement (who knew lawyers were Druids). --Xenophon 03:19, 3 December 2006 (MST)

Familiar?[edit]
When I first look at it, it seems suspiciouly familiar to Psionics. Pools, Known abilities, max levels. Just saying. I will have to keep reading though. Hope it is worth it. --T G Geko 13:15, 2 August 2008 (MDT)
