Anyone Can Use the Weapon[edit]
I propose that the range be touch rather than self if anyone can use the weapon. Also, if anyone can use the weapon does that mean they can use it with proficiency? I propose this also. Arquebus (talk) 15:38, 31 January 2020 (MST)
