When do you learn new spells?

I know in the blood spellcasting section, it says you know 3 level 1 spells at Blood Sampler level 1. But when do you learn more spells? And how many? There isn't a column or anything in the class table that states how many spells you know at any given level. You have 3 level 1 spellslots, but every other class in D&D spells known and spellslots are two separate things.
