This seems a bit OP at lower levels (until maybe level 5 or so for most classes), but seems to lose some luster at higher levels. Maybe a variant to make this kind of a cantrip? I personally disagree with the first point, since the vast majority of characters can only earn a feat at 4th level or higher (whenever they earn an ASI) except in highly unusual circumstances. I purposely designed this feat as-is, mechanically speaking at least as a natural weapon attack, rather than as a cantrip or a spell effect, because I intended for martial characters who can make multiple attacks to make use of it.
