Joke creature or not, it is Elite, so should always have the attack output of two creatures: The double attack that Elite creatures have is at-will. Terrifying

I'm not allergic to bees, but I'm terrified to imagine a bee the size of a bear, with claws and teeth as well; and a few D20s away from death. the d20 for allergy, and the death sting roll against my or the allergic person's AC.
