Minor Edits and Questions[edit]

Just a couple things here. Again, I fixed some minor formatting (capitalization and linking) and grammar (removing "seems" and making grims into "grim's"). Though, I gotta bring up the Wisdom as the requirement again. Why not just have it be a number of ranks in Move Silently? Also, it is redundant again to gain a bonus to one skill and a penalty on the skill that opposes it. Make it a straight bonus to Move Silently. That's all really. I can see this Aura of Silence as being really fun and making the grim nice and creepy, like he is intended to be. Just imagine a glowing light moving through a fog cloud making no noise, with other dimmer figures at his flanks walking with him in total silence... spooky stuff.--Ganteka 13:25, 8 December 2008 (MST)

Well thanks, I do rather enjoy the creepy side of things, (which is where my interest in this class sprang from) but mostly these three "Aura of ---" alterations were really just loosely built to build up to a larger alteration later on, a kind of "Hear No Evil, See No Evil, Speak No Evil" alteration, and so I hadn't entirely thought them through that well I guess, but now that you mention it, it does have some problems, and I believe that making it straight Move Silently would be fine, though I had included the penalty to listens checks in case someone in the aura wasn't using Move Silently, the aura represses sound, and so it would still be difficult to hear someone within it, no matter how loud they were trying to be, anyways, I'm all up for changing it around a bit for the sake of playibility. → Rith 14:00, 8 December 2008 (MST)
