I'm not exactly sure how the ac bonus for maneuverable works, especially with Shinobi armor.

It's a little wordy, but the intent is that a shinobi can add their proficiency bonus to their AC while wearing armor (or I suppose a monk could add their Wisdom modifier to their AC).--Ref3rence (talk) 20:26, 3 May 2023 (MDT)
