Potentially game-changing. Ridiculous, really. ...Should this even be as low as 3rd level, even as quick a reaction as it needs to be? Or am I overestimating it? It could potentially bring a dead character back to life, but that's all that's really coming to mind. Something I'm considerably more sure about is that it shouldn't in any way be something you cast as an action, because that would either involve taking who knows how many turns over again to fully resolve things or lead to Looper-like levels of stupidity. This definitely needs to be a higher level. Knowlessman is totally correct, that the implications of this spell and the problems with it if it were to stay level 3. It would be easier to regain that spell slot than a (in my opinion) more appropriate 6-7th level. I mean no disrespect, just to make this spell better and more understandable.
