I have the following recommendations:
- What's with the increased movement speed? It's not necessarily going to decrease the count much, but why does it have 35?
- Divine anatomy is super loaded. So it has the abilities of warforged construct nature + fey ancestry sleep immunity + immunity to exhaustion + dual resistance of aasimar but better. I'd say pick one or two only, and even then that's quite a lot. Immunity to exhaustion is quite a big thing alone as it is since exhaustion is usually a balancer against player activity.
- The mania's levels and DCs should be figured out on the mania page, unless their calculations are directly tied to the race.
- Overclocked arcana steps on barbarian toes a bit. Also, if I went barbarian, I could get that sweet, sweet +1 on top of the bonus I get while raging. This is more like a class feature than a race for that reason. I recommend looking at how the aasimar forms work or how shifter shifting benefits are written, and they are only usable once before needing a rest, not twice.
- If not, I would say make this an instantaneous boost and then limit it by proficiency bonus.
- The cantrip poses a question of balance (better discussed elsewhere). Spells are lowercase and italicized. Restrained finger tips doesn't make a lot of sense as a limiter. It should be more generalized like needing your hands free or something.
- Ebon, Russo, and Arab all build on the issues of Overclocked, buffing it even crazier. Since these subraces exist, I would recommend looking at how the shifter shifting differs among its subraces. Their benefits only are meant to build slightly on the main feature.
- Ursan silver's resistance to piercing damage would be better off made into a 1-minute effect for the subrace overclocked ability. That way, it overlaps with barbarian and doesn't confer additional benefits.
- Arab copper just gives straight up proficiency in all martial weapons? Or is it "a martial weapon of your choice"?
- Overall, needs a lot of rebalancing. The fluff is also very weak. What's even up with the subraces? They aren't differentiated much.--Yanied (talk) 14:44, 12 January 2022 (MST)
