Elemental Communion (1/day). When the elf is targeted by a spell or magical effect, they may choose to completely ignore its effects.
Sting. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage.
Elf Flash. All creatures within 15 ft. must attempt a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they are blinded until the end of their next turn.
Sylph Communion (Recharge 6). One creature within range gains blindsight for 30 ft. until the end of their next turn.
Prayer of Healing (Recharge 6). Up to six creatures of the elf's choice that they can see within 30 ft. each regain 12 (2d8 + 3) hit points. This spell has no effect on undead or constructs.
Constructed of fundamental air elementals, sylph elves are known to be bubbly, friendly, and fun-loving. They are natural conduits of magic, being able to sense its presence and even the presence of human emotions, which they typically use to attempt to resolve personal problems around them.
