Surgeon's Supplies (5e Equipment)

This kit contains the surgical tools, such as scalpels and saws, needed to perform procedures such as amputations, removing tumors or foreign objects, and applying grafts. Proficiency in this toolkit allows you to add your proficiency bonus to Intelligence checks made to perform such operations.

Use of surgical tools is often performed in conjunction with a Wisdom (Medicine) check to first diagnose what operation is required, and (if the patient is lucky) to apply anaesthetic and antibiotic treatments. Cost: 75 gp
