Supernatural Survivor (5e Feat)

Supernatural Survivor
Prerequisites: level 8 or higher, 13 constitution and 13 wisdom
Being a survivor of supernatural horrors, you have adapted in body and mind to be the absolute anathema of these evils. When you take this Feat, you gain the following benefits:
- Choose the terrain where you had to survive the supernatural. choose a Choose one type of favored terrain: arctic, coast, desert, forest, grassland, mountain, swamp, the Underdark or urban. In this terrain, you are not affected by difficult terrain and your movement speed is doubled. You also have the advantage of checking to discover information and track the supernatural creatures found in the area.
- You know the exact number of supernatural beings that are in your favored terrain, this knowledge comes to you like a sixth sense and whenever a supernatural creature or area is less than 1000 feet from you, you know its exact location.
- When you are seeing a supernatural creature which is in your favored terrain, as an additional action you can obtain information from the creature, this is at the discretion of the dm, being that if the dm considers that you do not have the ability to find out anything about the creature Maybe then the ability is canceled, but I might also consider telling you what type of creature it is, the name of the creature (if it has one), some of its immunities or Resistances, etc. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus.
