Enhanced breath

Prerequisites: Ability to use a breath weapon,
You have used your breath so much that it has become a feared weapon in combat.

The range of your breath increases by 10 feet.

You add your Dexterity modifier to saving throws..

The damage increases by an additional 2d4.

Your breath recharges on its own a number of times equal to your Dexterity modifier, you regain all uses after a long rest, and you can also use it as a reaction.

Allies within your breath, if they succeed on the saving throw, take no damage; if they fail, they take only half damage.

Enemies hit must make a Constitution saving throw. If they fail, they drop everything they are holding, and their movement speed is reduced by 5 feet (e.g., from 30 to 25).
