Strike Fear

You are adept at striking fear into your opponents during battle
Prerequisite: Intimidate 20 ranks
Benefit: When you score a critical hit on a living creature, that creature must make a Will save DC 15 + your BAB or be panicked for a number of rounds equal to half your Base Attack Bonus. If the target makes his save, he instead becomes shaken. In addition, all living creatures of your choice within 30 feet of you must make a Will save DC 15 + half your BAB or become shaken. This effect lasts for a number of rounds equal to your Base Attack Bonus. These penalties do not stack onto one another
