Proficiency Bonus +3 SHP = 68 MP (Mana Points) = 22 Crackling Momentum. While moving 30 ft or more in a straight line, it is surrounded by an unstable charge. Ranged attacks have disadvantage against it until the start of its next turn Lightning Reflex (2 MP). As a reaction, the Loper may halve the damage of a ranged spell or projectile that hits it. Mana Core: Dormant Lightning Aspect. The Stormback Loper adds 1d6 lightning damage to all melee attacks. ActionsThunderstep Pounce. Melee Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft, one target. Hit: 13 (2d6 + 4) slashing + 4 (1d6) lightning damage. Shock Pulse (Recharge 5–6). The Loper slams the ground with its limbs, releasing a 15-ft-radius electric burst. All creatures in range must make a DC 16 Dexterity saving throw, taking 16 (4d6 + 2) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success. Core Drop: 20% for the core to survive the death of the monster, if it does not survive it shatter, it pushes anyone who is in 5 ft of it 5 ft back and makes them prone. Anyone who is in 5 ft from the core on shattering regains half of the max MP the core has and anyone in 10 ft a quarter.
