Staff of the Fast Mage (3.5e Equipment)

Staff of the Fast Mage: This staff was made by a wizard that wanted to get most of the fighting that he did over with faster. After much testing and working he got it right, so he thinks. He did not think that other people would get the plans for his staff, they did after one fight a wizard found the plans in an old box that this wizard had hidden for safe keeping. Thus when he started the fight he did not know that there were three wizards with the staff that he made the plans for. This staff gives its bearer a +2 luck bonus on initiative checks made while carrying the staff, this luck bonus stops working when all the charges in the staff have ben used up. This staff allows the use of the following spells:
- Haste (2 Charges)
- Nerveskitter (Spell Compendium) (1 Charge)
