Range: | See Utterance description. |
Components: | V |
Duration: | See Utterance description. |
You turn back the clock briefly to continue a magic effect, or you force an effect to never take place. You speak an Utterance that immediately continues the effect of a concentration spell that you are aware of within 120 feet that ended for 1 additional round regardless of the reason of it ending.
You may speak this Utterence in reverse to prevent a spell within 120 feet from occurring. Make an ability check using your spellcasting ability. The DC equals 10+ the spell’s level. On a success, the creature’s spell fails and has no effect.
At Higher Levels. When you speak this Utterance at a level higher than 4th, the reborn spell continues for 1 additional round per level above 4th. When spoken in reverse, you gain +2 to your check for each level higher than 4th.
