This boon can be granted by a Great Old One.

Your appearance becomes horrid and twisted, with tentacles growing all over your body.

• You type becomes Aberration.
• You know the deep speech language.
• You no longer age.
• You can make an attack with a tentacle bonus action. This is a simple melee weapon with which you are proficient. It deals 1d8 piercing damage and has the reach property.
• You gain a flying speed of 30 feet.
