Soul Swap (5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
Soul Swap
Prerequisites: Kalashtar, 16 or higher Wisdom
You learn how to use your link with the spirits to manipulate your soul and possess other's bodies.
As an action, you can try to possess a creature body in a range of 15 feet. This creature has to make a Charisma saving throw against your Wisdom spellcasting DC or become possessed by you. This possession condition is considered charmed for resistance and immunity purpose.
While the target is possessed is incapacitated and loses control of his body but inst deprived of his awareness. Your body also falls to the ground together with everything you're holding and you gain the Incapacitated conditions for the duration.
While you possess the creature's body your soul can be targeted by any attack, spell, or others magical effect and it retains its alignment, Intelligence, Wisdom, Charisma and Resistance and Immunities to charmed and frightened. It otherwise uses the possessed target's statistics but doesn't gain access to the target's knowledge, Class Features, or Proficiencies.
The possession lasts for 1 hour or until is dispelled by you as a bonus action. If the creature's body drops to 0 hit points the effect also ends. Also if your body drops to 0 hit points while you're using this action you'll be dead (without saving throw) when the effect ends. The target is immune to this effect for 24 hours after succeeding on the saving throw or after the possession ends.
When you use this effect you can't do so again until you finish a Long Rest.
