Soul ents are very similar to void wraiths, also being an embodiment of the hunger of the Void. They are suffused with its energy, and their mere passage through any world leaves nearby plants blackened and withered. However, they are not fully part of the Void. Instead, their soul hangs in limbo between the Material Plane and the Void, unwilling to call either their home. They seek only closure, and will actively antagonize anyone they come across not to take their soul, but in the hopes that they will be freed from their horrible existence. Undead Nature. A soul ent doesn't require air, food, drink, or sleep. |
