Power: Encounter Minor Action Ranged 5 Target: One object Effect: An electronic or mechanical devices (such as locks and computers) are disabled. Devices that use chemical reactions (such as explosives) are triggered.
Salvage: Tech level 6. A 6th-level character can salvage the sonic screwdriver. It becomes a held item that grants the wielder a +4 bonus to Science and Mechanics checks.
