Sniper Rifle (Fallout Supplement)
From D&D Wiki
Sniper Rifle[edit]
The sniper rifle is a powerful firearm which works best at long range. With a long barrel, the shot remains stable on course for some time. The Sniper Rifle is considered a mastercraft weapon, and thus grants a +1 bonus to attack rolls.

Successful critical hits knock the target Prone.
It possesses 5x and 10x scope magnifications. The scope magnification grants the sniper rifle special benefits. Firstly, the sniper rifle is capable of shooting out to 15 range increments instead of 10. The sniper rifle's scope reduces the range penalty by half (Ex: at 5 range increments only -5 instead of -10.).
However, when using the scope, the user takes a penalty to their spot check against anything outside of their scope's view, equal to the current scope value (I.E. At 5x, -5 to spot), but they gain a spot bonus to anything within the view by the same amount.
5 Bullets weigh 1/2 lb, and the magazine weighs 1/2 pound. when reloading (use a standard round action which provokes attacks of opportunity)
