Improved Cursed Energy Recovery. The Smallpox Deity regains 4 cursed energy at the beginning of it's turns.

Invisible Force. The Smallpox Deity is entirely made out of cursed energy, meaning it cannot be seen by normal people. Creatures without levels in the Jujutsu Sorcerer class or who cannot see into the ethereal plane cannot see it. Although, if these creatures were in a life and death situation(less than half their maximum hit points), they gain the ability to see it.

Born From Disease. When the Smallpox Deity tries to inflict the poisoned condition on a creature, they roll their saving throw with disadvantage.

Walking Plague. When the Smallpox Deity touches a living creature, they must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 17). On a failure, they will be infected with smallpox. Also, whenever the Smallpox Deity deals poison damage or forces a creature to make a saving throw against the poisoned condition, it overcomes any resistances and immunities, unless the creature is also immune to diseases.

Smallpox. When a creature is afflicted with smallpox it will take 13 (3d8) damage at the beginning of it's turns. The creature may make a DC 10 Medicine check as an action to remove this condition.

The Smallpox Deity is a cursed spirit relative to the size of an elephant. The upper portion of the curse is covered in light-colored hair that makes up most of its face and back. Its mouth has two large tusks as well as sharp teeth. The Smallpox Deity has a tail on the other end of the hair that features dark triangular designs. The tail is connected to a sphere that makes up the disease curse's lower body while it levitates. The Smallpox Deity also has two muscular arms covered in pox bumps.

Domain Expansion: Tombstone of Plague

When the Smallpox Deity activates it's domain, it instantly traps any number of creatures that it chooses within range inside a barrier with a radius of 165 ft. The domain itself is a graveyard befitting the theme of the disease curse's abilities. The sure hit effect granted by the domain guarantees death to the target once the conditions are fulfilled. While in the Domain the Smallpox Deity can use it's innate technique, Gravestone. As an action, the Smallpox Deity chooses a target that it can see, and by making a specific handsign, instantly traps them inside a coffin at the same place they were, which also forces them to make a DC 21 Constitution saving throw, receiving 2d6+8 poison damage and being poisoned on a failure, and only receiving half the damage on a success. As an Action on a subsequent turn, the Smallpox Deity can make another handsign, this time creating a huge boulder on top of the coffin with the target still inside, burying them 6 feet underground. Lastly, as an Action on another subsequent turn, it can force the buried and trapped creature make a DC 21 Constitution saving throw, receiving 2d6+8 poison damage on a success, and contracting Smallpox on a failure, causing them to instantly die. The creature may attempt to escape the coffin while this process occurs, by making a DC 21 Strength saving throw to burst out of the coffin if it still is not buried, or alternatively try to destroy the coffin, which has 10 AC, 10 hit points and is immune to psychic and poison damage. If it has already been buried, the creature can try to destroy both the coffing and the boulder on top of it, with the boulder having 13 AC and 30 hit points.
