Sky Hammer (5e Feat)
From D&D Wiki
Sky Hammer
Prerequisites: proficiency in at least one martial melee weapon
Though rare, an adventurer can find themselves suddenly falling a great height in battle. You have learned to use that momentum as an attack, while safeguarding yourself, by pouring the kinetic energy down through your weapon.
As a reaction when you fall 10 feet or more, you can make a melee weapon attack with a martial weapon you are holding against one creature in a space you are falling into or adjacent to. If the attack hits, you deal damage as normal, then roll for the fall damage you would take as normal. If the target creature has any hit points remaining after your weapon attack is finished, you may transfer any fall damage you rolled to the target creature until its hit points are reduced to 0 or the fall damage you would have taken is reduced to 0. If the former occurs, you suffer all points of fall damage not transferred to the target creature as normal.
