Skirmisher
Prerequisites: Dexterity 15 or higher
You are an expert at moving quickly through the outskirts of dangerous territory and battles. You gain the following benefits:
- When a creature ends its turn within 5 feet of you, you can use your reaction to move up to half your movement speed.
- Your movement does not provoke opportunity attacks.
- When traveling alone, you can move stealthily at a normal pace.
