This is a weak version of the Skeeter, a flying creature resembling an oversized fly or other bug creature that has four wings and legs. Being the "weak" version doesn't change much, though. Skeeters overall are incredibly weak, and in terms of environments, they can be found in grassy areas, forests, caves, deserts and wastelands, and just about any place a normal creature could be found.
