Saving Throws Con +4 Innate Spellcasting. The shrubb's innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 13, +5 to hit with spell attacks). The shrubb can innately cast the following spells, requiring no components: At-Will: minor illusion, thaumaturgy 2/Day: animal friendship, command 1/Day: charm person, phantasmal force ACTIONSGlottal Grounding. Ranged Spell Attack: +5 to hit, range 30 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) lightning damage.

Shrubbs are willowy plants that travel through primeval forests exerting their magic over weaker creatures. They are rude, antisocial creatures who spit at anyone or anything who offends them, which is most things. Shrubbs aren't really interested in hurting people, they just want to feel powerful. In rare instances, however, shrubbs have been known to kill animals on accident, and are usually very sad about it. |
