Assassinate. During its first turn, the archer has advantage on attack rolls against any creature that hasn't taken a turn. Any hit the archer scores against a surprised creature is a critical hit.

Close Quarters Shooter. When the archer makes a ranged attack while they are within 5 feet of a hostile creature, they do not have disadvantage on the attack roll.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The archer makes two ranged attacks.

Longbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, ranged 150/600 ft., one target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 4) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) fire damage.

Explosives (Recharge 6). The archer hurls explosives at a point it can see within 60 feet of it. Each creature in a 20-foot-radius sphere centered on that point must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 17 (5d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The fire spreads around corners, and it ignites flammable objects in that area that aren't being worn or carried.

BONUS ACTIONS

Archer's Eye (3/Day). The archer adds 1d10 to its next attack and damage roll with a longbow.

Finish Him! When the archer reduces a creature to 0 hit points with a ranged attack on its turn, the archer recharges and uses its scorching shot, or makes one ranged attack.

Though the Shirai Ryu are infamous for their deadly hand-to-hand combat techniques, the clan also made use of archery and its lethal precision. Unfortunately, due to Quan Chi's treachery, even the Shirai Ryu's archers could not foresee the eventual attack that would lead to the destruction and near extinction of their clan.
