Shield Crusher

Prerequisites: Strength 13 or higher
You can put extra force into your attacks, driving your weapon deeper into your foes to maximize damage. When you hit a creature with a melee weapon but before you roll for damage, you can choose to roll the maximum value possible instead of rolling it normally the attack's damage.

For example, if a 4th-level character were to roll 2d6 damage, they could choose roll a 12. You can use this feat a number of times equal to your Strength modifier, regaining all expended uses when you finish a long rest.
