Tiefling Subrace[edit]
Your fiendish ancestry comes from velstracs, beings of the Netherworld that thrive off of fear and pain. Tiefling spawn of velstracs innately share this aptitude and indulgence for torture and torment, especially with the use of chains, and feel pain as the greatest state of being. Your velstrac heritage results in a naturally scarred flesh, and likely in an urge to further modify your body through scarring, branding, piercings, or tattoos.
Ability Score Increase. Your Dexterity score increases by 1.
Legacy of the Shadow Forge. You know the serrated slash cantrip. Once you reach 3rd level, you can cast the tasha's hideous laughter spell once. Once you reach 5th level, you can cast the razored thoughts spell once. You must finish a long rest to cast one of these spells again with this trait. Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma is your spellcasting ability for these spells when you cast them with this trait (choose when you select this race).
Razored Form. You have resistance to cold damage. You have proficiency with the Intimidation skill. If you are already proficient with this skill, you gain proficiency with another skill of your choice. This trait replaces the Hellish Resistance trait.
