Starry Knight Blast. Seiyaryu does an additional 2d6 radiant damage with all attacks against fiends.

Starry Knight Arrival. Seiyaryu has doubled movement during the first round of combat.

Dragon's Bind. Creatures within 100 ft. of seiyaryu cannot summon creatures of CR 5 or lower with spells or features.

Light Contract. All lawful good creatures within 20 ft. of seiyaryu do an additional 2d4 radiant damage with all attacks and spells.

Silent Night Holy Dragon. Seiyaryu takes half damage from all attacks and spells from evil creatures.

ACTIONS

Multiattack. The dragon makes 2 attacks one with its claws and one bite.

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8+7) piercing damage.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6+7) slashing damage.

Holy Fire (Recharge 5-6). The dragon breathes a burst of radiant fire in a 70 ft. line that is 5 ft. wide, creatures within the line must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw taking 45 (10d8+5) fire and 24 (4d12) radiant damage, or half as much fire damage on a successful save.


LEGENDARY ACTIONS

The dragon can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. The dragon regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.

Super Rejuvenation. The dragon regains 15 (3d10) Hit Points.
Starry Night Ceremony (Costs 2 Actions). The dragon vanishes in a burst of light, trading places with one allied creature of lawful good alignment or celestial creature type within 50 ft. The dragon can then fly up to half its flying speed.
Starry Night Balefire (Costs 3 Actions). The dragon uses Holy Fire if available.

A sacred, small-winged dragon endowed with divine power. Breathing a sacred fire, it incinerates minions of evil.
