Saving Throws Str +10, Con +10, Wis +8 Starry Knight Blast. Seiyaryu does an additional 2d6 radiant damage with all attacks against fiends. Starry Knight Arrival. Seiyaryu has doubled movement during the first round of combat. Dragon's Bind. Creatures within 100 ft. of seiyaryu cannot summon creatures of CR 5 or lower with spells or features. Light Contract. All lawful good creatures within 20 ft. of seiyaryu do an additional 2d4 radiant damage with all attacks and spells. Silent Night Holy Dragon. Seiyaryu takes half damage from all attacks and spells from evil creatures. ACTIONSMultiattack. The dragon makes 2 attacks one with its claws and one bite. Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8+7) piercing damage. Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d6+7) slashing damage. Holy Fire (Recharge 5-6). The dragon breathes a burst of radiant fire in a 70 ft. line that is 5 ft. wide, creatures within the line must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw taking 45 (10d8+5) fire and 24 (4d12) radiant damage, or half as much fire damage on a successful save.
