Satiporoja Beetle Scarf (JJBA Supplement)
From D&D Wiki
Wondrous item, Rare (requires attunement) Woven from the dried stomachs of over 30,000 satiporoja beetles native to southeast Asia, this scarf is to hamon as a lightning rod is to lightning. As an action, a creature touching the scarf may spend 1 Hamon point they have to store 1 Hamon point within the scarf to a maximum of the attuned creature's proficiency bonus, or may spend 1 Hamon point within the scarf to regain 1 Hamon point. As a bonus action, or as a reaction for 2 Hamon points or 1 spirit point when the wearer would be hit by a melee attack, a creature wearing the scarf may flourish it, causing every creature within a 10 ft. radius of them to attempt a Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they take 1d4 radiant damage for every stored Hamon point. On a success, they take half as much damage. If a creature targets the creature with a Hamon Technique before the end of the scarf wearer's next turn after using this feature, the effect fails and the scarf gains a number of stored Hamon points equal to the Technique's cost. |
