Tiny fey, neutral good Armor Class 13
Saving Throws Wis +2 Elemental Communion (1/day). When the elf is targeted by a spell or magical effect, they may choose to completely ignore its effects. ACTIONSSting. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 4 (1d4 + 2) piercing damage. Elf Flash. All creatures within 15 ft. must attempt a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw. On a failure, they are blinded until the end of their next turn. Salamander Communion (Recharge 6). One creature within 15 ft. deal fire damage when they make an attack with a weapon or unarmed strike until the end of their next turn. Prayer of Healing (Recharge 6). Up to six creatures of the elf's choice that they can see within 30 ft. each regain 11 (2d8 + 2) hit points. This spell has no effect on undead or constructs.

Constructed of fundamental fire elementals, salamander elves are known to be erratic, committing to any individual decision as if their life depended on it. They are natural conduits of magic, being able to sense its presence and even the presence of human emotions, which they typically use to attempt to complete whatever they have set their hearts to. |
