if I use sunburst and vampire rogue with evasion fails reflex saving throw, is it still utterly destroyed?
- Yes. If they succeed on the save they take no damage and thus aren't zorched, but since they failed, they take damage and are zorched. -- Eiji 06:59, 22 June 2009 (MDT)
