Permanent

This spell is odd for being permanent. This is out-of-line with other 2nd level spells. Given that this is so crushing in combat, I suggest one round per level or one minute per level for the duration. --Dmilewski 13:43, 18 July 2007 (MDT)

I've always thought that, but it is more a tribute to older version (just like magic missile is 1st level and arguably could be a 2nd level). I agree with 1 minute per level (if you want to balance it with a spell I consider imbalanced -- Hideous Laughter, otherwise 1 round/level seems fair). --Aarnott 13:50, 18 July 2007 (MDT)
