Rotscale (5e Disease)
From D&D Wiki
Rotscale[edit]
This disease is contracted in one of two ways: Direct and extended contact with goblin or kobold fecal matter, or an unlucky dip into swamp water. If the creature is to be infected, they must make a DC 15 Constitution saving throw or succumb to the disease and become infected. While infected with this disease, a character will suffer disadvantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on eyesight. The infected will also suffer a -2 penalty to all Charisma checks made to interact with other creatures until the disease is cured. This disease can be cured through the use of the Lesser Restoration spell, or a two week diet of pine needle tea and sweet grass.
