Rock Human (5e Race)
From D&D Wiki
Rock Humans are near-indistinguishable from Humans, except that their skin is dry and rough, and some have small spines here and there.
The Rock Human Life Cycle
A Rock Human is born to a mother and father as a half-an-inch long larva, which will seek out a beehive, where it will leech off the hive's resources until it is about two feet long, when it will destroy the hive and its inhabitants. After this, the child enters its first hibernation, lasting for around a month. During this time, the child molts into its first adult body. From there, a Rock Human begins its adult life, molting into a new body every 6 years. Around the age of 200, they will seek out a member of the opposite sex to have a child with, thus beginning the cycle anew.
Attitudes and Beliefs
Rock Humans are a solitary race, and only cooperate with other Rock Humans if there is an immediate personal gain. They will almost never cooperate with those outside of their race.
Rock Human Names
Rock Humans don't usually give themselves names. In the event that one assimilates into society, it will likely take on a name appropriate to their culture.
