Ripple Breathing Mask (JJBA Supplement)

Wondrous item, Very Rare A metal mask made for one specific size and type (i.e. Medium humanoids, Large beasts, etc.) that restricts the creature's breathing, forcing them to either adapt to the rhythm of ripple breathing or suffocate. You'll need to be able to face death to fully grow in a month! When worn, the creature must attempt a DC 15 Constitution saving throw every 24 hours. On a failure, they gain 1 level of exhaustion as they begin to slowly suffocate. On a success, they gain the 1st level features of the Hamon Warrior class, or their Hamon point maximum increases by 1 to a maximum of 4 times if they are already a Hamon Warrior.
