Ring of War (5e Equipment)
Ring, legendary (requires attunement by a chaotic or evil creature) This ring, previously worn by the Horseman War, is capable of causing a strange madness in anyone the wearer chooses and touches. The maximum amount of creatures and player characters that can be affected by this madness is determined by 2d30 upon attuning with it. Once touched, a character must make a DC 18 Charisma saving throw to overcome the power of the ring. On success, the creature becomes immune to the ring for 1d20 hours. On failure, a creature will become overcome with rage, and begin to attack anyone, but the wearer for 24 hours. The wearer may also use the ring to summon a fiery red horse as a mount for 24 hours. |
