Ring, very rare (requires attunement) This ring shows you as you really are. While attuned to this ring you always appear as if looked at by someone with Truesight, this means that you appear as your true self in spite of any trait, spell, skill, or similar method of changing it. Traits, spells, skills, or similar methods of changing your appearance still apply as normal so, if someone tries to change your appearance with a spell, the action and spell slot are still consumed but show no apparent effect until attunement is broken with the ring
