When you attune to this ring, you can choose your charisma, intelligence or wisdom stat to gain 2 point and increaces your chosen stat's cap to a maximum of 22. When you use the chosen stat to make an attack roll, or cast a spell requring a saving throw you may add a 1d4 to the roll or take away 1d4 from the saving throw of one target.
