Rhakotian Cluster (Endhaven Supplement)

The Rhakotian cluster is dominated by many radical changes of environment and planar influence. The lands are harsh, with many strange creatures welling up from her wildernesses and and dark places. Her few arable lands are well developed and highly coveted. Her countries are constantly seek more territory for their populations, and continuously lose that territory to the elements and to ravages of their own neighbors.
