Reuniclus (5e Race)
From D&D Wiki
Reuniclus[edit]
“ | Fun, fun, FUN! It's why I do anything really! | ” |
Physical Description[edit]
Game art, from Bulbapedia |
The highly intelligent species known as the reuniclus come in a small variety of looks. The most common look is a small white levitating humanoid encompassed in a greenish liquid with two detached long arm like appendages they control with their minds, as well as a small pair of detached conical ears. This is the common but not sole variety. Their liquid coating can be a multitude of colors ranging from blue to purple to even yellow in some cases. They also may have spiked or rounded ears or even lack them; some even have prehensile tails.
History[edit]
Reuniclus are believed to have been inorganics turned organic. This is extremely vague but some theorize this means they were dead cells reanimated into a living organism via artificial means. Some say they were aborted attempts to create alchemical servants. Others believe they are made of Far Plane influences. This second theory is supported by the face that reuniclus have psychic powers unnatural to that other than aberrations and such.
Society[edit]
Though not much is known about the reuniclus, they are actually quite sociable. When together they form groups or herds and hold hands very often. Their young, which are solosis and duosion are usually encircled by a ring of reuniclus holding hands. By holding hands, they enhance their psionic capabilities which are usually used to defend themselves. They also do this with people whom they like. Though they do not require psionics to fight, the few sightings of lone reuniclus have claimed they are quite capable using their massive arms in combat. But generally, reuniclus prefer to do things that interest them or that they find fun. Things like morals and common sense come second.
Reuniclus Names[edit]
Many reuniclus find nature and simplicity enjoyable, usually giving names to children based on their surroundings.
