- Elves don't get any effects from only being able to have 4 or 6 hours of sleep because they only need to have 4 hours a night anyway.
- All scores are restored after disease it lost except if a natural 1 is rolled.
- All damage to HP can be healed after disease is removed.
If the PC fails the check by 1-4 they can only get 7 hours of sleep per night. As a result they take 1 point of ability damage to 1 random ability per 4 nights.
If the PC fails the check by 5-9 they can only get 5 hours of sleep per night. As a result they take 1d2 of ability damage to 1 random ability score per 4 nights.
If the PC fails the check by 10-14 they can only get 4 hours of sleep per night. As a result they take 1d2 of ability damage to 2 random ability score per 4 nights.
If the PC fails the check by 15-19 they can only get 2 hours of sleep per night. As a result they take 1d4 of ability damage to 2 random ability scores per 4 nights.
If the PC fails the check by 20 or more they can only get 1 hours of sleep per night. As a result they take 1d4 of ability damage to 2 random ability scores and 1d6 of damage that can't be healed per 4 nights.
If the PC rolls a natural 1 they can't sleep at all. As a result they take 1d6 of ability damage to 1 random ability score and 1d6 of damage that can't be healed per night. (Permanent)
This disease can only be cured with 5 successful heal checks of 15 + (amount of days infected) with 2 days of continuous sleep. Cure disease like spells doesn't work.
